Parody Of Dove’s ‘Real Beauty Sketches’ Skewers How Men See Themselves

A comedy troupe of dudes have made a hilarious parody of Dove’s new — and very viral — ‘Real Beauty Sketches’ campaign.

Dove’s ‘Real Beauty Sketches’ features Gil Zamora, an FBI trained forensic artist, who sketches portraits of women based on the physical descriptions of themselves that they give to him. Zamora also sketches portraits based on a stranger’s physical description of the same women. In the end, the women are confronted with the two different sketches, side by side, and shown that they are more beautiful than they think they are.

New Feelings Time’s parody shows that if the average guy was put in the same situation, their self-esteem would be skewed as well: Guys think they are way hotter than they are. After the final reveal of two very different portraits, the words emblazoned on the screen read: “Men. You’re less beautiful than you think.”
