To find out what it takes to train like an Olympian, we recently chatted with Canadian silver medallist Kelsey Serwa. Serwa is a big fan of smoothies, such as this Morning Blast Smoothie, in the morning or as an afternoon snack to help keep her hydrated.

Greek yogurt and almond butter add protein to this pre-workout smoothie to get you going, while Zico and bananas make it potassium-rich. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Zico Latte Coconut water
• 2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 Tbsp. natural almond butter

How:

• Place ingredients in a blender and mix.
• Makes 2 servings.
