If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and cursed your weak jawline, grown a beard strictly to hide a slight double chin or envied celebrities like Ashton Kutcher and Henry Cavill for their square jawlines, there might be a solution. Just like you can do squats for muscular thighs, curls for bigger biceps and crunches for a six pack, you can also do a workout designed specifically to sculpt your face with the help of Jawzrsize.

According to creator Brandon Davis, there are over 57 muscles in your face and neck and with the Jawzrsize, you’ll have the chiseled jawline you weren’t born with. The mouthpiece, which is made out of silicon and polyurethane, works to tone and tighten facial muscles to help reduce sagging, wrinkles and smile lines, reversing the signs of aging. It comes with 40 pounds of resistance so it’s definitely not an easy work out.

All you have to do is put the mouthpiece in your mouth and bite down, working out your jaw muscles. You can do it while you’re at the gym (although, let’s be honest, it looks a little weird) or while you’re watching TV. You just have to exercise those muscles like you would any other part of the body.

The videos on the Jawzrsize website have a distinct infomercial vibe including the “60 day money back guarantee” that accompanies anything that may or may not work at all. There are plenty of before and after pictures from “satisfied customers” but there aren’t really any apparent changes in the look of their jawlines. That doesn’t mean they can’t see them when they look at themselves those—which is admittedly the most important thing.

The Jawzrsize is available for purchase on Amazon and it has a 4.2 stars out of 5 rating (based on 43 reviews). People either love or hate the thing, but like any work out gadget, using it correctly and consistently is the key to getting results… or at least that’s the claim.

That being said, there are plenty of skeptics that say exercising your facial muscles is unnecessary and completely pointless. So should you try it? That’s up to you—but remember, if losing weight is your goal, you can’t actually target a specific part to the body. Only overall weight loss will give you the slimmer face you’re after. If using Jawzrsize is just a little add on to your already healthy lifestyle, give it a shot. Just consult with your dentist first. And be prepared for people to stare at you like you’re a crazy person.
