The summer of the dad shoe is still going incredibly strong. Brands like Nike, Adidas, and Puma have all thrown their fighters into the ring this year to much success — even luxury houses like Balenciaga have got into the spirit with slick nerdcore pieces like the highly popular Triple S.

So, with all of these dad sneaks lining retail shelves everywhere, it only makes sense to see Reebok next at bat. The athletic company, which has already done wonders with its Workout Plus model, is prepping a big release later this month and thankfully, it’s another blast from the past.

Launching in a few weeks is the infamous Reebok Aztrek, which first saw the light of day way back in 1993. Now, to celebrate its 25th anniversary and likely due to the current footwear trend, Reebok is resurrecting the silhouette in two dope colourways. The shoes are slated for an official drop on July 19, and will be available at select brick and mortar locations as well as the aptly titled online store, SNKRS.

The upcoming classic crep is nearly identical to its original inspiration, which was first imagined as an off-road trainer. Aztrek OGs will be outfitted with suede overlays across the upper and neon tinges througout the mid. You can cop them in “Chalk/Royal Blue/Pink” and classic “Solid Teal” skins.
