New Survey Reveals Men Fake Orgasms More Often Than Women

Poll: Men fake orgasm more often than women

A new sex survey suggests that men are more likely to fake an orgasm.

In a recent poll of more than 1,200 readers, Australia’s The Sunday Telegraph, 23 percent of men admitted to faking an orgasm with their partner, compared to just 20.6 percent of women.

The results of the Aussie poll are similar to a recent U.S. survey that showed out of 1,080 men, nearly one in four men tries to copy climax in bed.

But it looks like men are faking much more than just orgasms. The “Let’s Talk About Sex” survey also found that men were also more likely than women to fake an “I love you” during sex – 25.4 percent of the men lied about their feelings in the heat of the moment, compared to just 6.1 percent of women. And while more than half of respondents admitted they’d faked being in the mood while with their partner, it was men who were more likely to play it up — 32.5 percent of men admitted they had done so, opposed to just 19.9 percent of women.
