The music video for Sia’s top-40 bound single “Elastic Heart” has hit the web with force.
The video features the amazingly talented, and slightly bizarre Shia LaBeouf, and 12-year-old dancer Maddie Ziegler. Ziegler appeared in Lifetime’s reality series Dance Moms, and gained fame starring in Sia’s last big single “Chandelier.”
LaBeouf and Ziegler perform a raw and dirty, animalistic dance set in a giant cage, wearing no more than nude spandex. While odd, the performance is strangely beautiful as the two dancers fight as animals.
Both LaBeouf and Ziegler have experience shooting music videos and it’s obvious. The two move effortlessly together. LaBeouf embodies the dominant alpha-male, being challenged by the young Ziegler.
