It’s a disturbing new low for television.

Paris Hilton was recently subject to a terrifying hoax on Egyptian actor Ramez Galal’s prank show, Ramez in Control (Ramez Wakel Elgaw).

The audacious special shows Hilton in Dubai making a promotional appearance for the opening of a new hotel. Midway through the episode, the hotel heiress is invited on a private jet for a 15-minute aerial tour of the city with Galal and a few other passengers. Moments after the plane takes off, the plane’s engine splutters and on-board alarms start sounding in the cabin. As an alarmed Hilton asks “What’s happening,” the pilot begins doing stunts that makes it appear as if the plane is crashing.

As passengers begin to panic and scream, Hilton is shown extremely distressed, in tears trying to get information about what is going on. When one passenger opens up the jet’s side door and tosses a man out as Hilton screams “No” and “I don’t want to jump.”

TMZ reports that the hotel heiress will sue those responsible for putting her on a plummeting plane.
