20-year-old fitness model Jen Selter has become an internet sensation, accumulating more than 1.6 million Instagram followers in the last few months.

Selter, whose handle is @jenselter, started posting photos of her butt on Instagram when she launched her account in March 2012. Since she started promoting her large derriere online, she’s landed a couple spokesmodel gigs and dreams of her own workout clothing line.

“I’m recognized wherever I am,” the 5-foot-6, 112-pound Selter told the New York Post recently. “I don’t really go to public gyms anymore just because it is a whole big scene when I’m there. I don’t like being watched.”

She admits that her photos are always focused on her rounded behind, explaining: “I don’t really post a lot of face pictures. I mainly do body selfies…. They don’t want to see my face.”

“I’ll never post a raunchy pic. There’s a difference between a porn-site picture and gym wear or bikini wear. Everything’s usually yoga pants,” Selter says. “Yes, it can be showy, but I’ve seen a lot worse. And if it motivates people to get their butts up and go to the gym, why not?”
