Barack Obama Shares His Favourite Films, Books, and Songs of 2018

As if he couldn’t get any cooler, it looks like Barack Obama is using his time off from the White House to delve into the fine arts. The former president is proving that he truly is the hippest of dads and has his finger on the pulse by sharing a year-end list of his favourite finds from 2018.

The list, which was shared via his official Instagram account, includes a breakdown of songs, books, and movies from the past year and some picks are sure to surprise fans of number 44. Along with some surefire entries like The Carters (Beyonce and Jay-Z), the lovely Mr. Rogers documentary, Won’t You Be My Neighbour, and Becoming by the First Lady herself, Barack sprinkles in some great under-the-radar gems.
