“Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik” (Dasslet Brothers Shoefactory) was founded in 1924 in Germany by brothers, Adolf “Adi” and Rudolf Dassler. The brothers started off their shoe company in the humblest of ways, working out of their mother’s wash kitchen.
