If you fancy a Game of Thrones fan, you’d probably call this past year a big letdown. The final season of the HBO phenomenon has been in production for a minute now, leaving all of us diehards in the dark, clinging onto any morsel of information about the forthcoming finale.
Thankfully, the old gods and new heard our prayers, and we finally received word about when the show will make its triumphant return. A fiery teaser made its way online in November, and said footage confirms that we’re set for an April premiere. Yes, we know that’s a bit of an unfortunate wait, but we still have some good news before 2018 wraps up.
Along with the forthcoming season, Game of Thrones addicts will be able to indulge in some sick merch and Westerosi gear next year. The good folks over at Adidas are getting in on the action too, with their design team delivering a slick new sneaker collaboration. These fresh kicks transform the now classic Ultra Boost into a super cool Night’s Watch-inspired piece.
Adidas has outfitted this special edition with a black and grey knitted upper, crisp white Boost sole, and a scattering of Night’s Watch text along the heel and tongue.
