Fragrance Of The Month: Paco Rabanne 1 Million Elixir Parfum Intense

This month? We try out Paco Rabanne 1 Million Elixir Parfum Intense

The WWE may have Million Dollar Man Ted DiBIase, while the 1970s had The Six Million Dollar Man Colonel Steve Austin, and yet, still, no one can compete with Paco Rabanne.

And you know it. Since 2008, you’ve smelled like a million bucks, courtesy of the brand’s 1 Million scent. So if you didn’t think this fragrant sensation couldn’t get any better, think again. The latest eau to join the French fashion house’s line up is 1 Million Elixir Parfum Intense and trust us when we say it is worth every single spritz.

Amorous and bold in spirit, thanks to its eponymous Spanish-born designer, this new and intense parfum is a sensual blend of amber, wood and fruit. When first sprayed on, fresh, sweet and crisp apple and Davana leaves waft forward invigorating the senses. Hand-picked Turkish rose and Osmanthus flowers mix-mastered with leathery apricot notes and warm tonka beans make their presence felt before being absorbed into a pool of spicy patchouli, intimate cedar wood and sultry black vanilla seed pods. The overall effect is intoxicating and masculine, intense and long-lasting.

Captured in the brand’s iconic gold bar, this new elixir has also been purposefully crafted with 91 per cent natural origin ingredients that are both vegan and cruelty-free. It’s gold and black box packaging is also 100 per cent recyclable and sourced from responsibly managed forests, further making its million dollar impact both personal and worldy.

Paco Rabanne 1 Million Elixir Parfum Intense, $108 for 50 ml, $138 for 100 ml, $188 for 200 ml, available at Hudson’s Bay.
