Virgil Abloh is still riding high from his successful Nike collaboration, but the Off-White mastermind is already on to the next challenge. Earlier this week, it was announced that the rising American fashion house would be teaming up with storied outerwear brand, Timberland, for a new pair of work boots.

The limited run will be made of 100% leather and come with four unique lacing options. At the time of writing, all of orange, black, and white laces have been confirmed, with another multicoloured variety shown in sample photos. Following in the footsteps of other Off-White designs, the boots will be equipped with a minimalistic silhouette and a bold colourway—these particular shoes will be a bright neon green.

As previously mentioned, this isn’t the first time Off-White has joined an influential apparel company to launch cool new kicks. Earlier this year, Abloh released a collection of ten new models with sneaker giant, Nike. The stripped down and futuristic design of the aptly named ‘Ten” capsule became an instant hit and won Off-White this year’s Shoe of the Year award from media outlet, Footwear News.

Now with winter officially underway, it only makes sense for Virgil to set his sights on warmer gear for colder weather. Off-White’s Timberland boots will release on March 8, 2018, and pre-orders for the piece are now open. You can reserve your own pair on the label’s official webstore here, but if you’re willing to wait, (or if green simply isn’t your colour) a black suede option may be on its way. That particular colourway has been teased for a few months now and you can get a glimpse of said sample via music star, Justin Bieber.
