On Saturday November 1st, Ted Baker London opened its second full-price store in Canada, at the Toronto Eaton Centre. The British lifestyle brand’s first Canadian store opened fall 2012 at Toronto’s bustling Yorkdale Shopping Centre.

Dubbed “Baker’s Arcade” the new space can be found on the third level of the Toronto Eaton Centre, next to Harry Rosen, and Massimo Dutti, across the hall from the Apple store. Inside style-conscious shoppers will find an unconventional shop with vibrant neon pink ceiling trusses and six very distinct areas that were actually inspired by the shops typically found inside one of Britain’s trademark shopping arcades. Of course, the fixtures in each of the quirky little areas (an Umbrella shop, Watchmaker, Optician, Jeweler, Perfumery as well as a Tea and Cake Shop) are filled with tons of relevant props and Ted Baker London’s fall/winter 2014 menswear, womenswear, footwear and accessories collections.

Quintessentially British in style, Ted Baker London is known for bringing a little edge to classic styles, with in-your-face striking prints and slim silhouettes. Wondering what to expect this season? The fall 2014 menswear collection is filled with dogtooth and paisley prints and was inspired by a boat trip along the Nile on a Cairo adventure. Jewel tones of burgundy, teal, emerald green and orange ensure knitwear and chino’s stand out, while quirky details and modern finishes complete the collection of jacquards and prints.

Happy shopping.
