6. Lincoln Futura
The Futura blew everyone away when it was introduced in the show-room in 1955; its dual-glass cockpit, tucked-away headlights, and curvy, yet sharp design was so extreme for the time that it seemed equipped for take off. But it didn’t fly – in fact, it made itself known as the gadget-infused batmobile in the first-ever Batman series on television.
