Infinity Q45 (1990 – 1996)
Despite its initial competition with known V8 luxury sedans at the time such as the Mercedes S-class, BMW 7-series and Lexus LS, the G50 was a commercial flop. Though highly criticized for its big price tag and dull, boxy appearance, the G50 was surprisingly competent. Its 278-horsepower, 4.5-litre V8 meant it could go 0-60 mph in 6.7 seconds, and thanks to its multi-link suspension, it handled well too. Harder to find, but a decent-condition G50 can go for as low as $5,000.
