Converse has unveiled a new line of Chucks that are perfect for nighttime strolls and concerts.
The Chuck Taylor All Starr II Reflective Print collection takes Converse’s popular camouflage and star patterns and ups the utility with a light-catching fabrication. What’s that mean? Well… Each print is equipped with a reflective 3M-like treatment that illuminates in low-light settings. The glow in the dark capsule collection includes six styles in all: There’s both brown and black camo high-tops, white camo low Oxs, white star high-tops, and finally black and off-white/red star low Oxs.
“When creating the latest version of our successful Chuck II sneaker, we were inspired by our consumers and being able to further enhance their creative and active lifestyles,” says Converse Product Director Ryan Case. “With the Chuck II Reflective Print, we’ve given our consumers a sneaker that provokes personal style while enhancing visibility in low light, enabling them to do more of what they enjoy throughout the day or night.”
Converse’s spring 2016 Chuck Taylor All Star II Reflective Print Collection will be available in camouflage starting Thursday March 3rd with the stars print hitting stores in April. The kicks will retail from $85 to 90 CAD and will be available at select retailers across Canada and internationally at Converse.com.
