Product Hype: Tooletries Silicone Body Scubber

Light and fluffy is for French croissants, mom’s chocolate cake and Murphy the cat. Not for you. Or him, or him or them…or any man really. At least not when it comes to shower time. Tooletries founders, brothers Saul and Josh get that. They get you. It’s why they’ve created the Silicone Body Scrubber.

Designed with non-abrasive silicone bristles to deep clean your skin by rubbing away dirt, oil, grime, sweat, dead skin cells and more, the aptly named Scrubber makes getting squeaky clean quick and easy. All you have to do is squirt your favourite liquid soap, like Prismatic Ash Soap Co.’s  Citrus Trio & Eucalyptus liquid soap ($12, available at onto the hexagon-shaped silicone washcloth and lather up. The Scrubber basically does the work for you, as it is super flexible, moves easily and won’t slip out of your grip thanks to its ergonomic handle.

Plus, it’s hygienic too, so know that while you’re massaging it over your body to unclog pores and rejuvenate your skin and its circulation, a thorough rinse under hot water is all it takes to clean and to be in tip top shape for your next shower. You can choose between Charcoal, Burgundy, Army Green and Grey colours too, depending on your mood or your décor. Just know that’s it’s not fluffy, it is manly and it gets the job done.
