Cameron Diaz started modeling at age 16 for various brands such as Levis and Calvin Klein. She then got her break into acting at age 21, when at the recommendation of an agent at her modeling agency, she auditioned for The Mask. She was clearly a natural performer as this was the first time she’d ever given acting a shot, with the exception of a high school drama class. Then came a string of notable roles throughout the 90’s such as There’s Something About Mary and My Best Friend’s Wedding that really put her into spotlight and made her famous.
