She plays the character, Daenerys Targaryen, who’s fierce, even caring for her own baby dragons. On the show her character is blonde with blue eyes, but in real life she’s a brunette with dark eyes (which is why she rarely gets recognized out in public and can still keep a relatively low-profile).
Born in London, England, she grew up wanting to be an actor from a very young age. She graduated from the Drama Centre London in 2009. A school that includes other high profile graduates, such as Paul Bettany, Colin Firth, and Pierce Brosnan. It was only a few years after this where she booked her big role on Game of Thrones. With its fourth season now airing, as well as her role playing Sarah Connor in Terminator: Genesis coming out in 2015, it’s only a matter of time before Emilia Clarke becomes one of the most highly sought after women, and actresses in the world.
