Last year, WestJet scored with a viral video that had gifts coming down the luggage conveyor belt at Pearson International Airport in Toronto for passengers flying on three domestic flights.

Well, Blue Santa is back! WestJet has just released its latest Christmas Miracle video, showing the Calgary-based airline bringing a Canadian Christmas to a small community in the Dominican Republic.

WestJet’s third annual holiday video is set in Nuevo Renacer, one of four destinations the airline serves in the Dominican Republic. WestJet says it has built a special bond with the community of Puerto Plata throughout the last several years while airline staff have visited to build houses in partnership with Hamilton’s non-profit organization Live Different. To date, they have completed 23 homes for families living in poverty.

The heartwarming video captures the children and residents of the Puerto Plata community making gift requests to Santa. At a Christmas party on a beach the next day, they receive their gifts, including a washing machine, a motorcycle engine, dolls, a skateboard and even a horse.
