As is our nature as human beings, we've always dreamed of having superpowers - hence, our obsession with the fabled realm of superheroes. But what about superhero cars? After all, it was only a matter of time until we applied the same dichotomy of good and evil to our loyal four-wheeled machines.

In the following list, you'll find cars that stunned audiences on the cinema screen (and makes you wish you had one of these instead of your boring daily driver)

3. 1981 Chrysler M4S ‘Turbo Interceptor’

Appeared in: The Wraith (1986)

This mysterious supercar suddenly appears on the roads of a Arizona small town and starts to antagonize the local gang into street racing against it. Following several horrific accidents of their crew members, the gang begins realizing the phantom “Turbo” and its driver are an inexplicable force from beyond the grave – bent on exposing the gang’s guilty past once and for all. Much to the help of its unnatural look was the car it was based off of; Chrysler’s M4S PPG Turbo Interceptor, a mid-engined, twin-turbo concept car. So, since there are only four in existence, the film studio used fiberglass copies of the M4S (powered by supercharged V6’s) to bring The Wraith to life.
